Waterborne acrylic industrial varnish. Proteus™ 850 is a self‑crosslinking acrylic coating that produces a tough, durable film ideal for fast‑drying industrial applications requiring low odour and easy application. It refinishes previously coated materials to restore their original appearance, delivering a hard, scratch‑resistant film with a soft feel. This varnish can be applied to wood, metal, concrete and certain plastics and eliminates many VOC, fire and storage restrictions. Benefits include low VOC and low odour, high film hardness with outstanding block and mar resistance, fast drying and curing, fast film development, excellent weathering and a soft feel on the finished surface.
